Return and Exchange Policy for Wholesale Purchases

We offer the option to return or exchange products within 10 days from the date of purchase (inclusive of the purchase date) at the store where the item was originally bought. Please keep in mind the following guidelines:

General Return/Exchange Guidelines:

  1. Required Documentation: Present your original purchase invoice at the time of return or exchange.

  2. Product Condition: The product must be in its original, saleable condition with intact packaging, including price tags and barcodes.

  3. Free Gifts: If the item was accompanied by a free gift, the gift must also be returned.

  4. Online and Representative Orders: For orders placed via our online platform or through sales representatives, any returns or exchanges must be processed at the time of delivery.

  5. Refund Method: Refunds for eligible items will be provided through a credit note only; cash refunds are not available.

  6. Credit Note Validity: Credit notes are valid for 12 months and must be used against the same customer who made the original purchase. They can only be redeemed at the store where they were issued. Lost credit notes cannot be reissued.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Perishable Goods: Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy products, frozen items, and loose commodities.

  • Clearance Sale Items: Products purchased as part of clearance sales.

  • Expired/Damaged Goods: Products with less than 14 days of shelf life, expired items, or goods damaged after purchase.

  • Altered Products: Items that are no longer in their original condition, even if not expired or damaged.

Please note that the return or exchange is subject to the product's condition. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to evaluate and decide on a case-by-case basis.

  • Ensure that you receive a warranty stamp for eligible products at the designated counter after purchase.
